Contract Chanqe Order - Greenspot _Road Median and Parkwa\nImprovements Project ( Project No. str23002)\nRECOMMENDATION: That the City Council:\n1) Authorize contract change orders up to 13. 11 % of the original construction contract\nwith Hardy & Harper, Inc. for the Greenspot Road Median and Parkway\nImprovements Project; and\n2) Authorize the City Manager to sign a Letter Reimbursement Agreement with East\nValley Water District ( EVWD).
