7. Contract Amendment for RFP No. 028-24 – Oakdale Alameda\nConstruction Management Services\nRECOMMENDATION:\nThat the City Council adopts the next Resolution, in order, to:\n1. Appropriate $311,746.25 of Transnet EL03 funds to the\nJamacha Road Safety Improvements (203688PWCP) project\nfor the purpose of increasing the project budget;\n2. Waive the bidding requirements in accordance with El Cajon\nMunicipal Code section 3.20.010(C)(6); and\n3. Add the Jamacha Road Safety Improvements Construction\nManagement Services to the Public Works Contract with\nUnico Engineering, Inc. (UEI) for Oakdale Alameda\nConstruction Management Services in the not-to-exceed\namount of $311,746.25.
