APPROVAL OF $18,995 BUDGET AMENDMENT TO THE FIRE\nDEPARTMENT MATERIAL & SUPPLIES DONATIONS FUND ACCOUNT\nRecommendation: Staff recommends the Council approve the budget amendment of\nthe Fire Department Donations Fund Materials & Supplies account for the purchase of\nunbudgeted rescue equipment. If the City Council concurs with staff’s\nrecommendation, an appropriate motion would be:\n“I move to approve a Fiscal Year 2024-25 expenditure amendment of $18,995 to\naccount 281-34-4376-0000 (Fire Donation Materials & Supplies) from the Departments\naccumulated donations Fund Reserve Balance of $12,395 and current Fiscal Year\ndonations received in the amount of $6,600 from account 281-34-3601-0000 (Fire\nDonations Received).”
