ADOPT THE 2021-2029 HOUSING ELEMENT UPDATE (6TH CYCLE) OF\nTHE SAN MARINO GENERAL PLAN AND UPDATE THE CITY’S OFFICIAL\nGENERAL LAND USE MAP AS ADOPTED ON NOVEMBER 13, 2024.\nRecommendation: Based upon the request from HCD, Staff recommends that the\nCouncil approve Resolution R-25-05. If Council agrees with Staff’s recommendation a\nmotion would be:\n“I move to approve Resolution No. R-25-05, a resolution of the San Marino City Council\nadopting both the General Plan Land Use map and the City’s 6th Cycle Housing Element\nupdates consistent with the statutory requirements of the California Housing Element\nLaw that were previously adopted by the City Council on November 13, 2024.”
