Amendment No. 1 to the Professional Services Agreement with Hinderliter, de\nLlamas & Associates for Sales & Use Tax Analysis and Reporting\nRecommendation: Approve Amendment No. 1 to the Professional Services\nAgreement with Hinderliter, de Llamas & Associates for Sales & Use Tax\nAnalysis and Reporting, Sales & Use Tax Audit Services, and Transient\nOccupancy Tax Audits to: 1) extend the agreement to an eleven-year (11) term;\nand 2) increase the total not-to-exceed amount to $130,000.
