H. Approving and Authorizing Amendment 2 to the Professional Services\nAgreement with Raftelis Financial Consultants, Inc. for Water and\nWastewater Financial Planning Services - That the City Council adopt\nResolution 7620: 1. Approving Amendment 2 to the Professional Services\nAgreement with Raftelis Financial Consultants, Inc. dated June 12, 2023, as\npreviously amended by Amendment 1 dated March 25, 2024, to provide\nadditional Water and Wastewater Financial Planning Services; increase\ncompensation for such additional services by $51,527 for a revised total\ncontract not-to-exceed amount of $187,294; and extend the term to December\n31, 2025; and,2. Authorizing and directing the Interim City Manager to execute\nAmendment 2 on behalf of the City; and, 3. Authorizing the Interim City\nManager to approve unforeseen additional work requests, up to the total not-\nto-exceed amount of $10,000.
