G. Notice of Completion for the North Seal Beach Community Center, CIP\nBG2501 - That the City Council adopt Resolution 7619: 1. Accepting the North\nSeal Beach Community Center Project, by MDJ Management, LLC in the\namount of $404,023.76; and, 2. Directing the City Clerk to file a “Notice of\nCompletion” with the Orange County Clerk-Recorder within 15 days from the\ndate of acceptance and to release retention 35 days after recordation of the\nNotice of Completion contingent upon no claims being filed on the Project.
