E. Amendment 1 to the Professional Special Counsel Services Agreement\nwith Telecom Law Firm, P.C. - That the City Council adopt Resolution 7617:\n1. Approving Amendment 1 to the Professional Special Counsel Services\nAgreement with Telecom Law Firm, P.C. to approve an increase in\ncompensation of $30,000 for professional legal and general\ntelecommunications services for a revised total not-to-exceed amount of\n$70,000, and a 12-month extension to expire on June 30, 2026; and, 2.\nDirecting the Interim City Manager to execute Amendment 1 on behalf of the\nCity.
