Annual Routine Monthly Landscape Maintenance - Contract Area 7\nRecommended Action: (1) Approve the Fourth Amendment to the existing maintenance\ncontract to Nieves Landscape, Inc. for subject services for the period of July 1, 2025 through\nCity Council Agenda 3 February 25, 2025\nJune 30, 2027 to increase the contract by an amount not to exceed $1,655,854.00; and (2)\nauthorize issuance of a purchase order to Nieves Landscape, Inc. for the period of July 1,\n2025 through June 30, 2026, in an amount not to exceed $827,927.00 pending adoption of\nthe 2025-2027 budget by City Council.
