10.6 Consideration of a Resolution Approving a Contract Services\nAgreement with ABM Building Solutions, LLC For Heating,\nVentilation and Air Conditioning Maintenance Services\nRECOMMENDATION: It is staff’s recommendation that the City\nCouncil adopt the attached Resolution authorizing the City Manager\nto execute a Contract Services Agreement with ABM for Heating,\nVentilation and Air Conditioning Maintenance Services.\nCONCLUSION: Based on ABM’s proposal rating, staff is\nrecommending that the City Council award ABM a three-year\nContract Services Agreement with an optional two one-year\nextensions for an amount not-to-exceed $43,381 to provide HVAC\nmaintenance services.\nFISCAL IMPACT: Funds for contracted services are included in the FY\n2024-2025 budget.\nATTACHMENTS: Exhibit 1 - Resolution 2025-15\nExhibit 2 – Contract Services Agreement
