Annual Routine Monthly Landscape Maintenance - Contract Area 3\nRecommended Action: (1) Approve the Sixth Amendment to the existing maintenance\ncontract to Nieves Landscape, Inc. for subject services for the period of July 1, 2025 through\nJune 30, 2027 to increase the contract by an amount not to exceed $1,373,775.00; and (2)\nauthorize issuance of a purchase order to Nieves Landscape, Inc. for the period of July 1,\n2025 through June 30, 2026, in an amount not to exceed $686,887.50 pending adoption of\nthe 2025-2027 budget by City Council.
