AUTHORIZATION TO ENTER INTO A PROFESSIONAL SERVICES AGREEMENT WITH\nCMPG PROJECT MANAGEMENT FOR PROJECT AND CONSTRUCTION MANAGEMENT\nSERVICES FOR THE POLICE DEPARTMENT FEMALE LOCKER ROOM __ ADDITION\n(FUNDING SOURCE: AMERICAN RESCUE PLAN ACT FUND)\nRecommendation: Staff recommends the City Council authorize the City Manager to enter into a\nprofessional services agreement with CMPG _ Project Management for\n$113,000 for project and construction management services for the Police\nDepartment female locker room addition project and authorize a five percent\ncontingency in the amount of $5,650, for a total amount not to exceed\n$118,650.
