Award contract (Request for Proposals DE-25-67-SP) and authorize the\nCity Manager to execute the Professional Services Agreement with\nUltraSystems Environmental, Inc. for the Foothill Boulevard from Hemlock\nAvenue to Almeria Avenue Street Improvement Project (Malaga Bridge) in\nthe amount of $379,509.23.\n2. Approve and authorize the City Manager to execute future individual\nProfessional Services Agreement Amendments not exceeding\n$100,000.00 for the Foothill Boulevard from Hemlock Avenue to Almeria\nAvenue Street Improvement Project (Malaga Bridge).
