Consideration of an amendment to the disposition and 25-0064\ndevelopment agreement between the City of Fontana, the\nFontana Housing Authority and Fontana Courtplace I\nHousing Partners, L.P., for development of 1.94 acres of\nunimproved land located on Sierra Avenue, between Santa\nAna Avenue to the north and Jurupa Avenue to the south\nActing as the City Council and the Housing Authority Board of Directors,\njointly adopt the attached Resolution No. 2025-016 and Resolution No. HA\n2025-001 entitled: “A JOINT RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF\nTHE CITY OF FONTANA, CALIFORNIA, AND THE HOUSING AUTHORITY\nOF THE CITY OF FONTANA, APPROVING, PURSUANT TO A\nPREVIOUSLY ADOPTED MITIGATED NEGATIVE DECLARATION AND\nMITIGATION, MONITORING, AND REPORTING PROGRAM, AN\nAMENDMENT TO THE DISPOSITION AND DEVELOPMENT AGREEMENT\nBETWEEN THE FONTANA HOUSING AUTHORITY, CITY OF FONTANA,\nAND FONTANA COURTPLACE I HOUSING PARTNERS, L.P.; AND\nDIRECTING STAFF TO FILE A NOTICE OF DETERMINATION” .
