The action is an organizational or administrative activity of government\nthat will not result in a direct or indirect physical change in the environment.\nRecommended Action: Direct staff to put together a letter or proclamation\nasking SANDAG to request an updated growth projection adjustment. A\nsample letter is included (attachment).
