Acceptance of the B Street Drainage Improvement Project (CD25A).\nEnvironmental Considerations: The actions being considered by the City\nCouncil are exempt from the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA)\nbecause they are not a "project" under Section 15378(b)(5) of CEQA\nGuidelines. The actions involve organizational or administrative activities of\ngovernment that will not result in the direct or indirect physical change in the\nenvironment.
