HAMANT]:\nSUBJECT: The City Council will consider approving Amendment No. 3 to\nthe Agreement for Licensed Design Professionals with John Kaliski\nArchitects, Inc. (JKA) to increase the not-to-exceed amount of the\nAgreement to provide design services for the Holloway Motel Homekey\nTransitional Housing Project.\nRECOMMENDATIONS: 1) Approve Amendment No. 3 to the Agreement\nfor Licensed Design Professionals with John Kaliski Architects, Inc. to\nprovide design services for the Holloway Motel Homekey Transitional\nHousing Project for an increased amount of $50,000 and a new total not-to-\nexceed amount of $583,509.94; and 2) Authorize the City Manager or\ndesignee to execute documents incident to the amendment to the\nAgreements.
