Approve Resolution No. 2025­258 to amend the FY 2024/2025 Operating\nBudget, authorizing the allocation of $600,000 from the General Fund’s fund\nbalance for Rapid Rehousing Services.\n2. Approve The Salvation Army as the single­source provider for Rapid\nRehousing Services, based on their expertise and established infrastructure.
