7. Approval of a Purchase Order with T­Mobile for Wireless Voice and Data\nServices (All Wards) p.114\nRecommendation:\nIt is recommended that the Mayor and City Council of the City of San Bernardino,\nCalifornia:\n1. Authorize the City Manager or designee to execute a purchase order and\nexecute related documents for Fiscal Year 2024­25 in the amount of\n$180,000 to T­Mobile utilizing pricing and general terms established in the\nState of California Participating Addendum #PA­2022­WDV­TMUS to the\nNASPO Value Point Master Agreement #MA176 for Wireless Data,\nVoice, and Accessories.\n2. Authorize the City Manager or designee to utilize any future NASPO\nnegotiated agreement, or amended existing contract agreement, to execute\nadditional purchase orders in accordance with the Council approved\nbudgeted amount through the NASPO’s agreement’s expiration. This\nauthorization includes the ability to add additional lines as needed for\npersonnel changes.
