Approve the Third Substantial Amendment to the Fiscal Year 2021-22 Annual Action Plan\nallocating $367,398 in Housing Opportunities for Persons With AIDS funds to Facility-Based\nHousing Development activities; approve the First Substantial Amendment to the Fiscal Year\n2024-25 Annual Action Plan allocating $3,000,000 in HOME Investment Partnerships Program\nfunding to Housing Development activities and $250,000 in Community Development Block Grant\nfunding to a Multi-Family Garage Conversion Project; and designate the Director of Housing &\nCommunity Development as the Certifying Official authorized to execute all documents related to\nthe administration, management, and implementation of the funding.
