ALKIRE]:\nSUBJECT: The City Council will consider approval of an agreement for\nservices with Rincon Consultants Inc. to provide temporary planning staff\nservices on an “as-needed” basis for the Sunset Arts and Advertisement\nProgram.\nRECOMMENDATIONS: 1) Approve agreement for services with Rincon,\nInc. for a total annual “not-to-exceed” amount of $200,000; and 2) Authorize\nthe City Manager or designee to execute documents incident to the\nagreement.
