E.1. AMENDMENT NO. 2 TO THE AGREEMENT FOR SERVICES WITH THE\nCOUNTY OF LOS ANGELES DEPARTMENT OF BUSINESS AND\nCONSUMER AFFAIRS FOR MINIMUM WAGE ENFORCEMENT [L.\nBIERY, P. KESPRADIT]:\nSUBJECT: The City Council will consider approving Amendment No. 2 to\nthe Agreement for Services with the County of Los Angeles Department of\nBusiness and Consumer Affairs to provide minimum wage enforcement\nservices.\nRECOMMENDATIONS: 1) Approve Amendment No. 2 to the Agreement\nfor Services with the County of Los Angeles Department of Business and\nConsumer Affairs for minimum wage enforcement services for an increased\namount of $110,000 and a new total not-to-exceed amount of $260,000; 2)\nAuthorize the Director of Finance & Technology Services to allocate\n$110,000 from unallocated reserves in the General Fund to account number\n100-3-10-13-531005 for minimum wage enforcement services and related\ncosts; and 3) Authorize the City Manager or designee to execute documents\nincident to the amendment to the agreement.
