Adoption of Ordinance No. MC1649 (Annexation 50) Chipotle (Ward 1) p.71\nRecommendation:\nIt is recommended that the Mayor and City Council of the City of San Bernardino,\nCalifornia, adopt Ordinance No. MC1649 amending Ordinance No. MC1522 and\nlevying special taxes to be collected during Fiscal Year 20242025 to pay the annual\ncosts of the maintenance and servicing of landscaping, lighting, streets, drainage\nand a reserve fund for capital replacement, and administrative expenses with\nrespect to City of San Bernardino Community Facilities District No. 20191\n(Maintenance Services).
