Approve the Agreement with City of Garden Grove, in an amount not to exceed $105,000, for\nAnaheim’s pro-rata share for the construction and administration of Anaheim’s portion of the\nChapman Avenue Rehabilitation from Harbor Boulevard to Somerset Place, and authorize the\nDirector of Public Works, or designee, to execute the agreement and related documents and to\ntake the necessary actions to implement and administer the agreement.
