F.6. CO-SPONSORSHIP AGREEMENT WITH FRIENDS OF WEST\nHOLLYWOOD ELEMENTARY FOR ITS ANNUAL GALA AND AUCTION\n[J. ERICKSON, Y. QUARKER, A. LOVANO, J. DEL TORO]:\nSUBJECT: The City Council will consider approval of a Co-Sponsorship\nAgreement with Friends of West Hollywood Elementary for its annual Gala\nand Auction event, taking place on Friday, March 21, 2025 at the Mondrian\nHotel located in West Hollywood.\nRECOMMENDATIONS: 1) Approve a Co-Sponsorship Agreement with\nFriends of West Hollywood Elementary for its annual Gala and Auction\nevent, taking place on Friday, March 21, 2025 at the Mondrian Hotel located\nin West Hollywood; 2) Authorize the City Manager or his designee to\nexecute documents incident to the Co-Sponsorship Agreement between the\nCity and Friends of West Hollywood Elementary; 3) Authorize the Director\nof Finance and Technology Services to allocate $5,000 from unallocated\nGeneral Fund reserves to the Special Council Programs Account 100-1-01-\n00-531001 for costs associated with this event, and increase the budget for\nSpecial Council Programs by the same amount; 4) Authorize the Director of\nFinance & Technology Services to allocate $5,000 from budgeted funds in\nthe Special Council Programs account number 100-1-01-00-531001 for\ncosts associated with this event; 5) Authorize the use of the City name and\nlogo on invitations, programs, and other collateral materials for this event;\nand 6) Direct the Communications Department to utilize all appropriate\ncommunication tools to promote the event including, but not limited to, the\nCity’s website, a press release, and social media tools.
