B.9. AMENDMENT TO THE AGREEMENT FOR CITYWIDE ELEVATOR\nMAINTENANCE SERVICES WITH THURSTON ELEVATOR CONCEPTS,\nINC. [H. COLLINS, E. HAMANT]:\nSUBJECT: The City Council will consider approving Amendment No. 1 to\nthe Agreement for Maintenance Services with Thurston Elevator Concepts,\nInc. to provide citywide elevator maintenance services.\nRECOMMENDATIONS: 1) Approve Amendment No. 1 to the Agreement\nfor Maintenance Services with Thurston Elevator Concepts, Inc. to provide\ncitywide elevator maintenance services for an increased amount of\n$600,000 and a new total not-to-exceed amount of $816,944; and 2)\nAuthorize the City Manager, or designee, to execute all documents incident\nto the award of the Amendment.
