8. Award the construction contract to the lowest responsible bidder, Asplundh Construction, LLC, in\nthe amount of $18,389,710.09 plus a 10% contingency, for the Underground District No. 70\nWildfire Mitigation Undergrounding in Fire Threat Zones Project; authorize the Director of Public\nWorks to execute the contract and related documents and to take the necessary actions to\nimplement and administer the contract; authorize the Finance Director to execute the Escrow\nAgreement pertaining to contract retentions in accordance with Public Contract Code Section\n22300; and increase the Anaheim Public Utilities Department’s Fiscal Year 2024/25 Electric\nCapital Improvement Program budget by $7,200,000.
