6. ACCEPTANCE OF THE TRAFFIC SIGNAL MODIFICATION AT BAKER 25-186\nSTREET AND BABB STREET PROJECT, CITY PROJECT NO. 24-02\nRECOMMENDATION:\nStaff recommends the City Council:\n1. Accept the work performed by Crosstown Electrical & Data, Inc., 5454 Diaz\nStreet, Irwindale, CA 91706, for the Traffic Signal Modification at Baker\nStreet and Babb Street Project, City Project No. 24-02, and authorize the City\nClerk to file the Notice of Completion.\n2. Authorize the City Manager to release the retention monies thirty-five (35)\ndays after the Notice of Completion filing date; release the Labor and\nMaterial Bond seven (7) months after the filing date; and release the Faithful\nPerformance Bond one (1) year after the filing date.\nAttachments: 1.
