RESOLUTION NO. 25-08 RESCINDING RESOLUTION NO. 22-49 AND\nADOPTING RULES OF ORDER AND DECORUM FOR THE CONDUCT OF\nPUBLIC MEETINGS\nResolution No. 25-08 would rescind the current Rules of Order and establish\nupdated Rules of Order and Decorum for City meetings. There will be minimal\nfiscal impact for signage notifying the public of the Rules of Decorum.\nCalifornia Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) Determination: Not a Project as\ndefined in Section 15378 of the State CEQA Guidelines.\nRecommended Action:\nStaff recommends that the City Council adopt Resolution No. 25-08 rescinding\nResolution No. 22-49 and adopting revised Rules of Order and Decorum for the\nconduct of public meetings.
