RESOLUTION NO. 9950 – DECLARING ONE (1) PARCEL (APN: 8005-012-031)\nLOCATED IN THE CITY OF SANTA FE SPRINGS AS SURPLUS PROPERTY\n(COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT)\nRECOMMENDATION: It is recommended that the City Council:\n1) Find that this action is exempt from environmental review under the California\nEnvironmental Quality Act (CEQA); and\n2) Adopt Resolution No. 9950, declaring that real property owned by the city as\nsurplus land and not necessary for public use pursuant to Surplus Lands Act (Gov.\nCode § 54220 et seq.).
