Approve the use of City resources and the request for in-kind support in the amount of\n$127,207.78 related to the Redlands Bicycle Classic hosted by the Redlands Bicycle\nClassic, Inc. on April 9-13th, 2025; approve temporary street closures related to the event;\nauthorize the sale and consumption of alcoholic beverages at the event; and determine\nthat the event is categorically exempt from environmental review pursuant to Section\n15311(c) of the State's guidelines implementing the California Environmental Quality Act\n(Facilities and Community Services Director Crocker)
