AQUATIC CENTER IMPROVEMENT PROJECT PHASE 1A – FINAL PAYMENT\n(PUBLIC WORKS)\nRECOMMENDATION: It is recommended that the City Council:\n1) Approve the Final Payment to California Commercial Pools, Inc. of Glendora,\nCalifornia for $52,503.83 (Less 5% Retention); and\nMarch 4, 2025: City Council Meeting Page 7 of 7\n2) Approve the final contract amount with California Commercial Pools, Inc. in the\namount of $4,151,267.38; and\n3) Authorize the City Manager to execute and amend Task Order No. 70 to Southstar\nEngineering, Inc., for On-Call Professional Engineering Services for Construction\nManagement and Inspection Services in the amount of $149,940.00; and\n4) Take such additional, related action that may be desirable.
