CONSIDERATION AND APPROVAL OF PROFESSIONAL PUBLIC\nWORKS SERVICES WITH TIERRA WEST ADVISORS, INC.\nThe City is in need of interim Public Works while recruitment for a\npermanent Public Works Director is being conducted. Tierra West Advisors,\nInc. has provided a proposal to temporarily provide Public Works Director\nfor the city.\n\nRECOMMENDED ACTION: Staff recommends approving the attached\nagreement for Public Works Director services provided by Tierra West Inc.\nin the not-to-exceed amount of $95,000 and for an additional three (3)\nmonths of services if needed for an aggregate not-to-exceed amount of\n$190,000.
