10.7 Acceptance of Federal and State Program Funds for the Bradley Road Bridge over\nSalt Creek Project\nRECOMMENDED ACTION\n1. Adopt a resolution establishing the City’s eligibility to receive the identified\nprogram funding administered by Caltrans and authorizing the City Manager to\nexecute all future documents necessary to receive the identified program\nfunding; and\n2. Accept the Community Project Funded Congressional Directed Spending\n(CPFCDS) Program funds for the Bradley Road Bridge over Salt Creek Project,\nCapital Improvement Program (CIP) Project No. 13­04 (“Project”), for a total\nnot­to­exceed amount of $5,000,000; and\n3. Accept the Local Transportation Climate Adaptation Program (LTCAP) funds for\nthe Project, for a total not­to­exceed amount of $4,200,000; and\n4. Approve and authorize the City Manager to execute a Program Supplemental\nAgreement with the California Department of Transportation (“Caltrans”) for the\nProject for the total not­to­exceed amount of $9,200,000; and\n5. Adopt a budget amendment resolution amending the Fiscal Year 2024/2025 CIP\nby appropriating federal funds in the amount of $5,000,000 in revenues and\nexpenditures in the Grant Fund for the Project; and\n6. Adopt a budget amendment resolution amending the Fiscal Year 2024/2025 CIP\nby appropriating state funds in the amount of $4,200,000 in revenues and\nexpenditures in the Grant Fund for the Project.
