10.14 Agreement with Apace Systems Corporation for a Digital Media Management\nEquipment and Storage Solution\nRECOMMENDED ACTION\n1. Approve and authorize the City Manager to execute a one­year agreement with\nApace Systems Corporation (“Apace Systems”) for a digital media\nmanagement, equipment and storage solution, in an amount not­to­exceed\n$41,848.75 through December 31, 2025; and\n2. Authorize the City Manager to execute up to four one­year extensions in an\namount not­to­exceed $47,153.97.
