10.10 Transportation Uniform Mitigation Fee Reimbursement Agreement with Western\nRiverside Council of Governments for the Ethanac Road/Antelope Road/Highway 74\nIntersection Realignment Project\nRECOMMENDED ACTION\n1. Approve and authorize the City Manager, or their designee, to execute the\nTransportation Uniform Mitigation Fee (TUMF) Program Reimbursement\nAgreement with Western Regional Council of Governments (WRCOG) for the\nEthanac Road/Antelope Road/Highway 74 Intersection Realignment Project,\nCapital Improvement Program (CIP) Project No. 25­13, for a total not­to­exceed\namount of $500,000; and\n2. Adopt a budget amendment resolution approving an increase in the Fiscal Year\n2024/2025 CIP budget by appropriating $500,000 in revenues and expenditures\nto accounts assigned by the Finance Department in the TUMF Fund.
