CONSIDERATION AND POSSIBLE ACTION TO AUTHORIZE THE CITY MANAGER, OR\nDESIGNEE, TO ACCEPT CALIFORNIA LIBRARY ASSOCIATION GRANT FUNDING AND\nAPPROPRIATE FUNDING INTO 2024-25 FISCAL YEAR BUDGET\nIt is recommended that the City Council consider:\n(1) Authorizing the City Manager, or designee, to accept $4,500 in California Library\nAssociation grant funding to purchase books;\n(2) Authorize the City Manager to appropriate the $4,500 grant funding into the 2024-25\nFiscal Year budget; and\n(3) Taking such additional, related, action that may be desirable.
