3-D. ADOPTING A RESOLUTION APPOINTING AN INTERIM DIRECTOR OF COMMUNITY\nDEVELOPMENT PURSUANT TO GOVERNMENT CODE § 21221(H) AND EXECUTIVE\nORDER NO. N-25-20\nIt is recommended that the City Council consider:\n(1) Adopting a resolution requesting appointment for the position of Interim Director of\nCommunity Development pursuant to Government Code § 2122(H) and Executive Order\nNo. N-25-20;\n(2) Authorizing the City Manager to execute an agreement between the City of Monterey Park\nand the Interim Director of Community Development in a form approved by the City\nAttorney; and\n(3) Taking such additional, related, action that may be desirable.
