" Pacific\nStreet Pavement Rehabilitation Project from Victoria Avenue to Church Avenue\nProject str20002a)"\nRECOMMENDATION: That the City Council:\n1) Approve proposal from Willdan Engineering to provide construction\nmanagement and inspection services in the amount of $ 118, 536 for Bid No.\n2022- 05, " Pacific Street Pavement Rehabilitation Project from Victoria\nAvenue to Church Avenue ( Project str20002a)";\n2) Authorize the City Manager to approve contract amendments up to 10% of\nthe proposal amount; and\n3) Approve a budget adjustment to transfer $ 58, 545 from 023- 2526 ( General\nCapital Financing for Pavement Impact Fee) to 023- 3890- 6530\nStreet/ Sidewalk Construction).
