D. Awarding and Authorizing Execution of a Public Works Agreement with\nR.J. Noble Company for the Seal Beach Boulevard at North Gate Road\nImprovement Project, CIP ST2301 - That the City Council adopt Resolution\n7622: 1. Approving the plans, specifications, and contract documents for the\nSeal Beach Boulevard at North Gate Road Improvement Project, CIP ST2301;\nand, 2. Approving and awarding a Public Works Agreement to R.J. Noble\nCompany in the amount of $522,981.50, and rejecting all other bids; and, 3.\nAuthorizing the Interim City Manager to execute a Public Works Agreement\nwith R.J. Noble Company for the Project; and, 4. Authorizing the Interim City\nManager to approve additional work requests up to $60,000 and construction\nsupport/testing/inspection services up to $60,000, in connection with the\nProject, in the cumulative not-to-exceed amount of $120,000; and, 5.\nAuthorizing the Interim City Manager to approve, by change order, additional\nwork requests for Bid Item #11, in the not-to-exceed amount of $47,250.00.
