Approving an Orange County\nWater District Producer Well Construction Loan Agreement for the Lampson\nWell Treatment System, CIP WT1902; and, 2. Authorizing the Interim City\nManager to execute the Agreement for an estimated amount of $4,450,000,\nwith the final amount to be determined upon receipt of publicly solicited bids;\naccept, receive, and utilize the Agreement funding on behalf of the City.
