Approving\nthe Side Letter of Agreement to the Memorandum of Understanding between\nthe City of Seal Beach and the Seal Beach Police Officers Association for the\nJuly 1, 2023 through June 30, 2025 MOU term; and, 2. Authorizing the Interim\nCity Manager to execute the Side Letter of Agreement.
