Annual Maintenance Program for the Repair and Reconstruction of Streets, Drainage\nChannels, Storm Drains, Slopes, Emergency Response and Heavy Equipment.\nRecommended Action: (1) Approve Sixteenth Amendment to the existing contract for the\nsubject services to Bistline Engineering, Inc. for the period of July 1, 2025 through June 30,\n2027 in the amount of $171,444.00; and (2) authorize issuance of a purchase order to Bistline\nEngineering, Inc. for the period of July 1, 2025 through June 30, 2026 in an amount not to\nexceed $85,722.00 pending adoption of the 2025-2027 budget by City Council.
