Approve the Plans and Specifications for Pedestrian\nEnhancement at Elementary Schools - HSIP Cycle 9, Plan No. 1318; 2. Award the contract for\nPedestrian Enhancement at Elementary Schools – HSIP Cycle 9, Plan No. 1318, to F.S.\nContractors, Inc. in the amount of $453,800; 3. Authorize the City Manager or his designee to\nexecute the agreement with F.S. Contractors, Inc., including minimal and/or non-substantive\nchanges; and 4.
