8. Agreement with Turbo Data Systems, Inc. for Administrative and Parking\nCitation Processing and Software Maintenance Services. (500)\nRecommendation:\n1. Award a Professional Services Agreement to Turbo Data Systems, Inc. for\nadministrative and parking citation processing and software maintenance\nservices, in the amount not-to-exceed $195,000 over three (3) years, with\ntwo (2) one-year extensions of $65,000 per year at the City Manager’s\ndiscretion;\n2. Authorize the City Manager to execute agreement in a form approved by the\nCity Attorney; and\n3.
