Resolution approving the Substantial Amendments to Fiscal Year 2019-2020,\n2020-2021, 2022-2023, 2023-2024, & 2024-2025 Annual Action Plans for the\nCommunity Development Block Grant (“CDBG”) Funds\nFollowing the conclusion of the Public Hearing, the City Council will consider: (CD\na. Adopting a Resolution approving Substantial Amendment No. 7 to the Fiscal Year\n2019-2020 Annual Action Plan; Substantial Amendment No. 2 to the Fiscal Year 2020-\n2021 Annual Action Plan; Substantial Amendment No. 4 to the Fiscal Year 2022-2023\nAnnual Action Plan; Substantial Amendment No. 1 to Fiscal Year 2023-2024 Annual\nAction Plan; and Substantial Amendment No. 1 to Fiscal Year 2024-2025 Annual Action\nPlan programming Community Development Block Grant (“CDBG”) funds to the Street\nImprovement Project and South Gate Park Improvement (Attachment A); and\nb.
