Resolution establishing a Preferential Parking District on Liberty Boulevard\nfrom Garden View Ave to South Gate Avenue\nFollowing the conclusion of the public hearing, the City Council will consider: (PW)\na. Adopting a Resolution approving and establishing a Preferential Parking District on\nLiberty Boulevard from Garden View Avenue to South Gate Avenue to prohibit parking\nbetween the hours of 5:00 PM and 9:00 PM;\nb. Directing the Public Works Department to install parking restriction signage within 90\ndays of the approval of the Resolution;\nc. Directing the City Clerk to notify the property owners on Liberty Boulevard of the\nMarch 11, 2025, voting results; and\nd. There will be no separate discussion\nof these items unless Members of the City Council, the public, or staff request that specific\nitems be removed from the Consent Calendar for separate discussion and action. Members\nof the public are permitted to speak on any item listed but their time period is limited to three\n(3) minutes in total.\nAny motion to introduce or adopt an Ordinance on the Consent Calendar shall be: (1) a\nmotion to waive the reading of the Ordinance and introduce the Ordinance or (2) a motion to\nwaive the reading of the Ordinance and adopt the Ordinance, as appropriate.
