30. Program Evaluation Services Contract\nRecommendation: Authorize the Chief Probation Officer to execute a contract\nwith Northwest Professional Consortium, Inc. for the provision of program\nevaluation services under the Juvenile Justice Crime Prevention Act (JJCPA),\nfor a one-year period commencing April 15, 2025 through April 14, 2026, at an\nestimated annual contract amount of $450,000; execute contract modifications\nto extend the term for up to six one-year periods, and six month-to-month option\nperiods, for a total of seven years and six months; execute modifications to\nincrease and/or decrease the contract amount, based on the amount approved\nfor that year, by the JJCPA, to be allocated to the Probation Department; and\napprove non-material, technical, and administrative changes to the contract,\napprove necessary changes to the scope of service and, if necessary,\ntermination of the contract, in whole or in part.
