19. Interagency Cash Transfer Agreement\nRecommendation: Adopt and instruct the Chair to sign a resolution authorizing\nthe Interagency Cash Transfer Agreement with the State of California\nDepartment of Rehabilitation (DOR) for Fiscal Years (FYs) 2025-26, 2026-27\nand 2027-28; approve and authorize the Director of Mental Health to execute\nthe agreement with DOR to provide vocational and employment services for FYs\n2025-26, 2026-27, and 2027-28, with the Department of Mental Health to\nprovide $1,104,817 per fiscal year, fully funded by 2011 Realignment revenue\nand the DOR will leverage $4,082,118 of Federal funds per fiscal year, for a\ntotal annual funding of $5,186,935 for the integrated program of vocational\nrehabilitation and employment services; authorize the Director to prepare, sign,\nand execute future amendments to the agreement, provided that any such\namendment is necessary to reflect revisions required by the DOR and/or\nrevisions requested by either party to the terms and conditions, and/or allow for\nrollover of unspent funds upon DOR approval; and authorize the Director to\nterminate the agreement, if necessary.
