Negotiated Exchange of Property Joint Resolution\nRecommendation: Adopt a joint resolution between the Board, as the Governing\nBody of the County, Consolidated Fire Protection District, the County Flood\nControl District, and on behalf of County Lighting Maintenance District (CLMD)\n1687, County Lighting District Landscaping and Lighting Act-1 (CLD LLA-1),\nUnincorporated Zone, Road District No. 5, and LA County Library, and the City\nCouncil of the City of San Gabriel (1), based on the negotiated exchange of\nproperty tax revenue resulting from proposed Annexation No. 2022-09, to annex\napproximately 0.172± acres of inhabited territory to the City of San Gabriel;\nwithdraw the territory proposed for annexation from CLMD 1687 and exclude\nthe territory proposed for annexation from CLD LLA-1, Unincorporated Zone;\nand find that the proposed joint resolution is not subject to the provisions of the\nCalifornia Environmental Quality Act.
